Jonathan Kernya works for FDSI Logistics as vice president of sales in the Health Care Division. A freight management corporation, FDSI provides inbound and outbound freight consulting and cost-saving services to healthcare clients. Jonathan Kernya holds responsibility for the company’s sales and marketing teams. He focuses his efforts on improving productivity and developing efficient, high-quality freight management services for partners. During his tenure with FDSI, Mr. Kernya has increased his division’s annual growth by 40% and works closely with the team to implement internal protocols that significantly improved the company’s service offerings and customer support procedures.
Jonathan Kernya’s previous experience includes serving as an emergency medical technician (EMT) Paramedic at Grady Memorial Hospital, the Atlanta area’s premier Level I Trauma Center. The nature of his work allowed him to serve his community by providing emergency medical care to those in need while it developed his decisive, critical decision making ability. Jonathan Kernya also volunteered with the American National Red Cross, where he provided disaster relief services and taught Red Cross curriculum while receiving his under graduate degree.
In addition to an associate’s degree in fire science and his EMT certification, Jonathan Kernya earned a bachelor of science from Ohio University. During his time at Ohio University, he appeared on the dean’s list and acted as an official for intramural sporting events.
